API Limits & Errors

Rate limits, page sizes, and error handling for the API

API Limits

Limit	Value
Rate Limit	10 requests per second, and 120 requests per minute, per API key
Page Size	Maximum 100 items per page
Timeout	30 seconds per request

Both limits apply together, so staying under 120/minute doesn’t help if a single burst goes over 10 in one second. A 429 Too Many Requests response means you’ve hit one of these; back off and retry after a short delay.

Error Handling

The API uses standard HTTP status codes:

Range	Meaning
2xx	Success
4xx	Client errors (invalid request, authentication, etc.)
5xx	Server errors

All error responses include a message field and optionally an errors object for validation failures.
